No website, or one that no longer works for you? ARDOIZA builds yours and looks after it: your address, your menu, your opening hours, booking and ordering. No second password to remember, no updates to keep an eye on. Orders are paid on the spot at collection or, if you switch it on, online by card, into your own Stripe account.
You choose your address in your customer area, for example the-harbour-bistro.my-ardoiza.fr, and your website is ready in one minute. To put it online, complete your legal notice, publish it on your website, then click ‘Publish my website’. Nothing to install, nothing to configure.
Home, Menu, Order, Book a table, Contact: the pages are already there. Your GloriaFood menu is imported if you give us your old site ID; otherwise, you start from a sample menu.
Table booking, Click & Collect and promotions work from the very first minute, with no key to paste and no plugin to hunt for.
Security updates applied by us, outside your service hours, and an encrypted nightly backup of your database and images. No server and no file access for you to manage.
And let's be clear about what it isn't.
- It isn't a delivery service: your website takes table bookings and orders for collection. ARDOIZA doesn't do delivery.
- It isn't a bespoke website: the layout is the ARDOIZA template. You add your name, colours, logo, photos and text, not a different design.
- You don't install plugins, themes or code, and you have no access to the files. That is exactly what lets us keep on top of updates for you.

Everything the app does
An app for you, not for your customers. You sign in with your customer area login details, on iPhone, iPad and Android, and run your service from the pass.
- Your phone rings for every order, even when the app is closed, and keeps ringing for up to 35 minutes until the order is handled, except during your quiet hours.
- Orders: accept with a preparation time, decline, adjust the time, mark the order as ready and then collected.
- Bookings: you confirm or decline a request, mark guests as arrived or no-show, cancel, and add an internal note.
- Menu: mark a dish as sold out during service, and your website shows it to your customers straight away.
- Settings: the ringtone, its volume and the app lock.
- Quiet hours: from your customer area, up to two time slots a day when the phone does not ring, or receives nothing at all.

ARDOIZA is a flat subscription: we take no commission, however many orders you receive and whatever their value, and we never handle the money. Example based on €4,000 of online orders a month:
Your customers pay for their order on the spot, when they collect it, or online by card if you switch it on: the payment goes into your own Stripe account, in your name, with no commission, and ARDOIZA never collects your customers' money.
Indicative estimate with a 30% commission, the highest rate displayed by delivery platforms. Marketplaces also bring visibility: ARDOIZA gives you a channel of your own alongside them; it doesn't replace them entirely.

Where your data is kept
Your account and the websites we host are on OVH servers located in France (Gravelines), with proof of hosting provided on request. Encrypted connections, no advertising trackers. Traffic goes through Cloudflare's network, as explained in our privacy policy.

Trial terms, payment, hosting and the free plugin
Already have a WordPress website? The free ARDOIZA PRO plugin, an add-on for your website, gives you your online menu with the 14 allergens, a QR code for the menu and a simple table booking request form. It needs no ARDOIZA account. It is available in the official WordPress plugin directory.
Prices per month, no commitment. One free trial per account, on Basic, Essential or Pro: 30 days free, bank card required, nothing charged before the end of the free trial, cancel at any time. At the end of the free trial, the first month is charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand; we remind you by email 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code. 0% commission on your bookings and orders. Your customers collect their orders: ARDOIZA doesn't do delivery. They pay on collection or, if you switch it on, online by card into your own Stripe account, either left to your customers' choice or required depending on your settings; ARDOIZA never holds the money and never takes a commission, and Stripe's fees are yours to pay. Give us your GloriaFood ID
If we build your website, your menu is imported when the site is created. With the plugin, the GloriaFood buttons in your pages carry over as they are.
Check your menu, set your VAT
Categories, dishes and prices are imported; tags, ingredients and additives come across as text in the description, and allergens are to be filled in dish by dish. The VAT rate is not imported: you set it yourself. You check and correct everything before going live.
Install the plugin or take your hosted website
The WordPress plugin, which keeps your existing buttons, or a website built and hosted by ARDOIZA if you don't have one. Install the ARDOIZA Pro app on your iPhone, iPad or Android device with the same login details, place a test order, and you're live.

Do I need to rebuild my website?
No. Your pages, your buttons and your customers stay. The WordPress plugin picks up the GloriaFood buttons already in your pages: install it, paste a key, and your pages show the new menu without any re-editing.
I don't have a website. Is that a problem?
No. With the Essential and Pro plans, ARDOIZA builds your website and hosts it: Home, Menu, Order, Book a table and Contact pages, in your name and your colours. You choose your address, the website is ready in one minute, and there's nothing to install. To put it online, complete your legal notice, publish it on your website, then click ‘Publish my website’ in your customer area.
What about my delivery orders?
ARDOIZA doesn't do delivery, and that is a deliberate choice. We focus on table booking and orders for collection (Click & Collect), with no commission. If you deliver through GloriaFood today, your customers won't be able to order delivery on ARDOIZA: keep your delivery solution for that, or offer collection instead.
How does 0% commission work?
ARDOIZA is a fixed monthly subscription: we take no commission on your bookings or orders, however many there are and whatever their value, and we never handle the money.
Can my customers pay online?
Yes, if you switch it on, in the Basic, Essential and Pro plans. Your customers pay by bank card on Stripe's secure payment page, into your own Stripe account, opened in your name under a contract between you and Stripe: you link it in a few minutes from your customer area, or from the plugin's “Online payment” screen. For each website, you choose: online payment off (paid on the spot at collection), left to your customers' choice, or required. You can also ask for a deposit when a booking is made, fixed or per guest, from a number of guests you set or for private hire. If you decline or cancel a paid order or a booking with a deposit, your customer is refunded automatically. ARDOIZA takes no commission and never collects your customers' money; Stripe's fees are yours to pay, and payouts, manual refunds and disputes are handled in your Stripe dashboard.
Can I try it before I commit?
Yes. Creating an account is free and needs no bank card: that is the Menu plan, with your menu online, its allergens and QR code, and table booking requests by email. The ARDOIZA Pro app is not part of it: it comes with the paid plans. One free trial per account, on the Basic, Essential or Pro plan of your choice: 30 days free, bank card required, nothing charged before the end of the free trial, cancel at any time. Your card is entered on our provider's secure payment page and nothing is charged that day; at the end of the free trial, the first month is charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand, and we remind you by email 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before, with the date and the amount. All plans are commitment-free and can be cancelled at any time.
What happens when GloriaFood shuts down?
Oracle is retiring GloriaFood on 30 April 2027, according to its FAQ published in March 2026 (version 1.0). Paid services may stop earlier, when their last renewal runs out; renewals are accepted until one month before 30 April 2027. You can bring your menu across right now, on your own and at your own pace, so you don't lose your ordering channel. If you'd rather have our team help you, email us and we'll send you a quote.
