GloriaFood is shutting down on 30 April 2027: what ends and what to do

Published by ARDOIZA, the trading name of Hamar Azzi, sole trader

ARDOIZA is a commission-free table booking and takeaway ordering service for restaurants and businesses registered in France (SIRET required). GloriaFood ends on 30 April 2027. That is the date Oracle gives in its FAQ, ‘Oracle GloriaFood EOL Frequently Asked Questions’ (version 1.0, March 2026). Paid services may end earlier, when their last renewal runs out, and each restaurant then has 30 days to retrieve its data.

Below is what Oracle says, point by point, followed by a timeline so you lose neither your ordering channel, nor your menu, nor your customers.

Where does the 30 April 2027 date come from?

From the FAQ published by Oracle, which owns GloriaFood: ‘Oracle GloriaFood EOL Frequently Asked Questions’, version 1.0 of March 2026 (Oracle's PDF document). EOL means ‘end of life’. The document sets the end of all GloriaFood products and services on 30 April 2027.

The gloriafood.com website shows the same date in its banner, read on 30 September 2026: ‘GloriaFood will reach end of life on April 30, 2027.’

If you read a different date elsewhere, rely on Oracle's document: it is the primary source, dated and versioned.

What ends on 30 April 2027?

According to Oracle's FAQ, everything ends on the same date:

  • online ordering, on the free plan as well as the paid plans;
  • the GloriaFood POS;
  • Oracle Payment, the payment service offered with GloriaFood;
  • the GloriaFood partner programme.

Oracle no longer signs new direct contracts with restaurants. Partners can still sign up restaurants until 30 April 2027.

Why can a paid service end before 30 April?

Because renewals are only accepted until one month before 30 April 2027. A paid service ends when its last renewal runs out, which can fall before the general shutdown date.

Oracle's example: a renewal on 3 March 2027 ends on 3 April 2027. That restaurant loses its paid service almost a month before everyone else.

The free plan stays available until 30 April 2027. No extension is possible after that.

Check the date of your next GloriaFood renewal now: if you are on a paid plan, that date, not 30 April, is your real deadline.

How long do you have to retrieve your data?

Thirty days. According to Oracle's FAQ, after a service expires, is terminated or is cancelled, the restaurant has 30 days to retrieve its data. After that, don't count on it.

Don't wait until the end of that period to export what you need:

  • your customers: in the GloriaFood admin, open the reports (‘Reports’), the list view (‘List view’), then the customer list (‘Clients’), and export it as a CSV file;
  • your order and booking history, for your accounts;
  • your menu, if you plan to import it elsewhere: at ARDOIZA, the import reads the menu directly at GloriaFood, so it only works while the service is running.

What should you do before April 2027?

Here is a cautious timeline, built from Oracle's dates. Adjust it to the date of your last renewal.

  1. By the end of 2026: choose. List what GloriaFood does for you today (collection orders, delivery, table booking, online payment, POS) and check what the replacement will take over. Create the accounts you need and run a trial.
  2. Early 2027: import and test. Import your menu, check it, complete anything that wasn't imported, then place a test order. Export your customers as CSV.
  3. Before your last renewal: switch over. Put the new solution live on your website and your printed materials, then deactivate GloriaFood. Renewals are only accepted until one month before 30 April 2027.
  4. 30 April 2027: general shutdown. The free plan ends that day; a paid service may have ended earlier.
  5. Within 30 days of your service ending: retrieve. Download any data you still need.

Import your menu before the shutdown

ARDOIZA imports your GloriaFood menu (categories, dishes, prices, options, photos, discounts and hours) and keeps your WordPress pages and buttons. It takes over collection orders and table booking, with no commission. ARDOIZA does not do delivery.

Everything is explained on the GloriaFood alternative page, and the import step by step in the Migrate from GloriaFood guide. Prices are on the Our plans page.

Frequently asked questions about the end of GloriaFood

Can you still sign up to GloriaFood?

Not directly: according to Oracle's FAQ, Oracle no longer signs new direct contracts with restaurants. GloriaFood partners can still sign up restaurants until 30 April 2027.

Does GloriaFood's free plan last until the end?

Yes. According to Oracle's FAQ, the free plan stays available until 30 April 2027, with no extension.

Can GloriaFood be extended beyond 30 April 2027?

No. Oracle's FAQ sets the end of all GloriaFood products and services on 30 April 2027, and no extension is planned. Paid services can only be renewed until one month before that date.

What happens to my GloriaFood links and buttons?

Oracle's FAQ announces the end of GloriaFood online ordering, free plan included: the GloriaFood buttons and ordering module will have no service behind them. On a WordPress site, the Ardoiza Click & Collect plugin recognises the pages that carried the GloriaFood button or module and keeps them; the button then opens ARDOIZA.

Does Oracle recommend a replacement?

Oracle's FAQ (v1.0, March 2026) states: ‘Oracle cannot recommend specific third-party providers’. Oracle therefore does not offer a direct replacement: the choice of a solution is yours.

How long do I have to retrieve my data after the end?

Thirty days after your service expires, is terminated or is cancelled, according to Oracle's FAQ. Export your customers as CSV and your order history before then, without waiting for that period.
