ARDOIZA is a commission-free table booking and takeaway ordering service for restaurants and businesses registered in France (SIRET required). It offers one free plan and three paid plans: Menu (free), Basic (€29 a month), Essential (€40 a month) and Pro (€89 a month). Prices are per month, with no commitment; VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code. ARDOIZA takes no commission on your bookings or orders; Stripe's fees are paid by the restaurant when it switches on online payment.
The paid plans come with a 30-day free trial.

Already have a WordPress website? The free ARDOIZA PRO plugin, an add-on for your website, gives you your online menu with the 14 allergens, a QR code for the menu and a simple table booking request form. It needs no ARDOIZA account. It is available in the official WordPress plugin directory.
Prices per month, no commitment. One free trial per account, on Basic, Essential or Pro: 30 days free, bank card required, nothing charged before the end of the free trial, cancel at any time. At the end of the free trial, the first month is charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand; we remind you by email 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code. 0% commission on your bookings and orders. Your customers collect their orders: ARDOIZA doesn't do delivery. They pay on collection or, if you switch it on, online by card into your own Stripe account, either left to your customers' choice or required depending on your settings; ARDOIZA never holds the money and never takes a commission, and Stripe's fees are yours to pay. Support replies in writing within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, on all three paid plans. Sign-up is currently open to businesses registered in France (SIRET number required).
The ARDOIZA Pro app is included at no extra cost in Basic, Essential and Pro: you download it from the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and from Google Play for Android. You sign in with your customer area login details.
Hosting: your account and the websites we host are in France. With the plugin alone (Basic), your bookings and orders stay on your own website, with your web host.
Which plan should you choose?
- You have a WordPress website. Choose Basic (€29 a month): the plugin installs on your site, picks up your GloriaFood shortcodes, and your orders, bookings and customers stay with your web host. Licence for 1 website.
- You don't have a website. Choose Essential (€40 a month): ARDOIZA builds your website, at an address ending in my-ardoiza.fr, with collection orders, table booking and promotions, and looks after it (updates and backups included).
- You have several restaurants. Choose Pro (€89 a month): up to 3 venues in one account, the hosted website and the WordPress plugin (licence for 3 websites), statistics, priority support and your own domain name for the hosted website.
- You only want your menu online. Choose Menu, free and with no bank card: a hosted menu page with allergens and a QR code, and booking requests by email. No online ordering and no app.

How does the 30-day free trial work?
- One free trial per account, on the Basic, Essential or Pro plan of your choice.

- We remind you by email 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before it ends, with the date and the amount.
- At the end of the free trial, the first month is charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand. All plans are commitment-free and can be cancelled at any time.
What ‘0% commission’ means
You pay your plan subscription, and nothing else to ARDOIZA: no commission on your orders or bookings, however many there are and whatever their value. Orders are unlimited.
If you switch on online payment (Basic, Essential and Pro), your customers pay by card into your own Stripe account, opened in your name. ARDOIZA never collects your customers' money; Stripe's fees are yours to pay. Without online payment, your customers pay on the spot when they collect.
What isn't included
- Delivery. ARDOIZA handles collection orders (click and collect) and table booking. It doesn't do delivery.
- A bespoke website. The hosted website (Essential and Pro) follows the ARDOIZA template, with your name, colours, logo and photos.
- The app on the Menu plan. It comes with the paid plans only.
Who can sign up?
Sign-up is currently open to businesses registered in France: a SIRET number is required. Every invoice is compliant and shows your business details. Support replies in writing within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, on all three paid plans.

Frequently asked questions about the plans
Can I try it before I commit?
Yes. Creating an account is free and needs no bank card: that is the Menu plan, with your menu online, its allergens and QR code, and table booking requests by email. The ARDOIZA Pro app is not part of it: it comes with the paid plans. One free trial per account, on the Basic, Essential or Pro plan of your choice: 30 days free, bank card required, nothing charged before the end of the free trial, cancel at any time. Your card is entered on our provider's secure payment page and nothing is charged that day; at the end of the free trial, the first month is charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand, and we remind you by email 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before, with the date and the amount. All plans are commitment-free and can be cancelled at any time.
Can I cancel whenever I like?
Yes. All plans are commitment-free and can be cancelled at any time. For a hosted website, the website is first deactivated and your address stays reserved for you for thirty days; a full copy of the website can then be downloaded for thirty days.
What if a payment fails?
You have fourteen days to sort it out from your customer area, and everything is restored as soon as the payment goes through. After seven days, your licence is no longer validated: the app no longer receives your orders and your website no longer accepts online orders or bookings. After fourteen days, your account returns to the free Menu plan: invoices that remained unpaid are cancelled, and you keep your account, your menu and your invoices. A hosted website is kept for thirty more days, restored as it was if you take a plan with a website again, then deleted after a full copy you can download for thirty days.
Can my customers pay online?
Yes, if you switch it on, in the Basic, Essential and Pro plans. Your customers pay by bank card on Stripe's secure payment page, into your own Stripe account, opened in your name under a contract between you and Stripe: you link it in a few minutes from your customer area, or from the plugin's “Online payment” screen. For each website, you choose: online payment off (paid on the spot at collection), left to your customers' choice, or required. You can also ask for a deposit when a booking is made, fixed or per guest, from a number of guests you set or for private hire. If you decline or cancel a paid order or a booking with a deposit, your customer is refunded automatically. ARDOIZA takes no commission and never collects your customers' money; Stripe's fees are yours to pay, and payouts, manual refunds and disputes are handled in your Stripe dashboard.
Is the mobile app included?
Yes, at no extra cost, in the Basic, Essential and Pro plans. The ARDOIZA Pro app runs on iPhone, iPad and Android, and you sign in with your customer area login details. Your phone rings for every order, even when the app is closed, and keeps ringing for up to 35 minutes until the order is handled, except during your quiet hours. You accept with a preparation time, decline, mark the order as ready and then collected, confirm your bookings and flag dishes that have sold out. You download it from the App Store or Google Play.
